Show your support for the team by ordering an adult size team jersey for you, your spouse and/or grandparents. There is no limit to the number of jerseys you can add.

ONLY $30 each.

• All coaches must commit their time to the entire season.

• A season long commitment is required to take advantage of the free registration to Head Coaches.

• Prior permission by the league is required when asking any parents to pay any money that exceeds the league registration fees.

• Coaches can only option out of the League provided uniforms with prior permission from the league.

• All practices must be held at the designated League fields. If a Coach wants to hold practice at a different park, they must do so within a 3 miles radius of the designated League fields. Only a unanimous vote of all parents on the team can a coach move a practice outside of the 3 mile radius.

• All coaches and assistant coaches are required to pass a background check.

• Coaches will be responsible for handing out uniforms prior to the first game.

• No sponsor logos are allowed on uniforms unless first approved by Nevada Alliance.

• For all refund requests, a $5 transactions fees will be removed from the total amount refunded.

• Full refunds will only be accepted up to 21 days prior to the original scheduled, first game of the season, regardless of region.

• Refund requests during the 21 day period before the original scheduled game will, at most, only be a partial refund and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund policy is subject to change.

• There are no refunds issued after the first scheduled game for any reason. No refunds will be issued during postponement of a season. No refunds will be granted after 90 days of the original registration/purchase date.

NEVADA ALLIANCE SOCCER LEAGUE AND NEVADA YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION RETURN TO PLAY - RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the program, related events and activities, I the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that: I will abide by all rules, policies, bylaws, directives and guidelines that are issued or enforced by Nevada Alliance Soccer League (NASL), Nevada Youth Soccer Association (NYSA) and that compliance with all such rules, bylaws, directives and guidelines is a condition of my membership in NASL/NYSA and a condition for receipt of my player card. In the event I do not follow all rules, policies, bylaws and guidelines issued by NASL/NYSA, I agree that I am willingly assuming all risks for myself, my child, or my team to directly or indirectly arising out of, contributed to, by, or resulting from an outbreak of any and all communicable disease, including but not limited to, the virus “severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)”, which is responsible for Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and/or any mutation or variation thereof.

I agree if my team elects to practice/participate outside NASL permitted fields, I do so at my own risk. I understand that my player won't be covered by insurance.

This is to certify that I, as parent/guardian with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree to his/her release, and, for myself, my heirs, assigns, and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE Nevada Alliance Soccer League or Nevada Youth Soccer Association, its officers, officials, agents and/or employees, (RELEASEES), from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any ILLNESS, INJURY, DISABILITY OR DEATH I may suffer to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO IT, AND AGREE TO IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

• Nevada Alliance Youth Soccer has the right to refuse or remove a player for any reason at any time.

• Players aren’t allowed to change teams after the first game.

• Team changes after the "Team Change Deadline" posted on the website will result in a $30 change of team fee.

• NASL is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided to the League during the registration process. Any costs due to incorrect or incomplete information will be charged to the person registering.

• NASL is not responsible for incorrect uniform size. Any uniform reorders will result in a $30 uniform fee due to an incorrect uniform size.

• There will be no extensions, reimbursements, or credits if a registration is made after a promotion's date.

• There will be no reimbursements or credits if a registration is processed without using a promo code. Or if the registrant doesn't click "Apply Promo Code" during the registration process.

• Offers can not be be combined with other promotions or promo codes. Limit one Promotion or promo code per registration.

• There will be no reimbursements or credits if a registration is made after late registration begins. Late registratioin and registration close is not up to interpretation. Late registration begins at 12am on the date listed. Registration closes at 12am on the date listed.

• To ensure that you receive all league communications, be sure to add info@lvasl.org to your address book. The League is not responsible for emails that are placed in your spam folder.

• Coaches are volunteer and an extension of the League. Coaches set practice times, dates and location. It is their team and will conduct the team as they see fit.

• Parents are not allowed to interfere with the coaches conduct of the team.

• All complaints or issues with a coach, referee, the league or another player/parent must be presented in writing to the League via email. info@lvasl.org

Recognizing the possibility of injury or illness, and in consideration for Nevada Alliance Youth Soccer League (NASL) and members of US Youth Soccer accepting my son/daughter as a player in the and activities of NASL and US Youth Soccer, I consent to my son/daughter participating in the League. Further, I hereby release, discharge, and otherwise indemnify NASL, it's member organizations and sponsors, their employees, associated personnel, and volunteers, including the owner of the fields and facilities utilized for NASL, against any claim by or on behalf of my player son/daughter as a result of my son's/daughter's participation in NASL or US Youth Soccer. I grant to NASL, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of my son/daughter without their name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.. I authorize NASL, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I hereby authorize my son/daughter to participate in the NASL.

My player son/daughter has received a physical examination by a licensed medical doctor and has been found physically capable of participation in the NASL and US Youth Soccer. I give my consent to have an athletic trainer and/or licensed medical doctor or dentist provide my son/daughter with medical assistance and/or treatment and agree to be financially responsible for the reasonable cost of any such assistance and/or treatment.
